Most couples we work with have an overall budget of $20k – $30k. This amount flexes significantly depending on the venue, food and entertainment options you choose. We can help with vendor advice and recommendations to suit a wide range of budgets.
We can accommodate 50 guests for our Vow and Dream packages, and up to 65 guests with our Promise package.
We are able to adjust our final quote any time before the final deposit is due. We are unable to accommodate more than the maximum number of guests on each package.
The total guest count does not include children aged 3 and under – but you may want to consider laying on some extra treats for your younger guests!
Our team requires a minimum of 10 hours at your chosen venue. This is to give us sufficient time to set up, manage, and tear down your wedding event. We can recommend an amazing range of venues in the Texas Triangle, or we’re more than happy to work with a venue of your own choice.
We are happy to research vendors for any services you require and coordinate quotes from them for your big day. We will help you to narrow down to the best options for your budget and style, and then connect you directly to the vendors for payment and contracts.
We are able to provide disposable plates, silverware, cups and napkins but do not offer a full china and glassware rental service. These items are traditionally handled either by a catering company or a rental company, and we are happy to provide recommendations for either. However you choose to hire your china, silverware and glassware, we will coordinate fully with the provider to ensure everything is set up properly for your big day.
