into reality. We handle all the details – from finding and managing vendors, to building a timeline that keeps everybody on track.
Styling and design
You deserve a wedding day as unique as your love story. We’re experts in wedding design and styling, and will work closely with you to achieve the perfect cohesive look for your big day.
Day-of coordination
Leave the logistics to us! Our team will set up and tear down everything on your behalf, so you’re free to focus on making memories with your loved ones.
Signage
When it comes to your big day, every little detail matters. Our custom signage will tie everything together perfectly, highlighting your welcome table, dessert table, and signature cocktail menu with style.
Tap Truck Bar
Ready to wow your guests? Get the party started with the cutest tap truck bar from UpHill taps. Their expert team will craft custom cocktails and mocktails for you and your guests to enjoy.
Florals
We collaborate with trusted local florists to create stunning custom arch pieces, centerpieces, accent pieces and personal florals (bouquet and boutonniere).
Cake and cupcakes
We’ll arrange for a talented local baker to create
a 6in cutting cake for you and your partner, along
with a selection of scrumptious cupcakes that your guests will love!
Rentals and decor
Our signature micro wedding package includes all the rentals and decor you need to make every second of your wedding day absolutely magical. From the chair covers to the ceremony arch, our beautiful decor will transport you and your guests to a romantic dream world.
Premium photo booth
We’ll lay on a professional-grade photo booth from NOW, a local supplier based in Auston, TX. Capture all the fun and excitement of your big day with customizable visuals and unlimited prints. With oodles of giggles guaranteed, you’ll capture memories with your loved ones to last a lifetime.

Full Day Coordination
On your wedding day, our professional coordination team will be fully present so you don’t have to manage a single detail.
Your package includes two experienced coordinators on site for up to 10 hours, handling vendor communication, timeline management, guest guidance, and every behind-the-scenes moment that keeps your day running smoothly.
Seamless Execution
From setup to breakdown assistance, we ensure your vision is brought to life exactly as planned.
We oversee décor placement, coordinate vendor arrivals, troubleshoot unexpected moments, and manage the flow of the event — so you and your loved ones can stay fully present and simply enjoy celebrating.
